Scam
Said to be Canadian Customs, text to speech voice, used only english, said it was my "my final notice" despite no previous records, said I had a document despite never going through customs (though I escorted an american friend to the border both in Niagara recently), said to press 8 of all numbers for more information, when I tried redialing to be sure my phone said the number didn't exist, called at about 2:30 pm. I'm 90% sure it's a scam.
